Col. Muhammed Sanni Bello (Rtd.) - Chairman
Col. Muhammed Sanni Bello is a retired Colonel in the Nigerian Army, a former Governor of Kano State and has held various positions of authority in the Nigerian Army, and in service to his Country, one of which was his service as the Nigerian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe (1984 – 1986). With his sound corporate and Boardroom experience, he has over the years served in various notable Boards and sectors in Nigeria amongst which are as the former Chairman, Nigerian Table Tennis Association, Chairman, Continental Merchant Bank Plc, Globe Re-Insurance Plc, among others. He was also the former Chairman, Law Union & Rock Insurance Pl. He was on the Board of MTN, Huawei & AMIF (a petroleum servicing company) to mention a few.
Mr Olumide Falohun – Executive Vice Chairman
Mr. Olumide Falohun is a graduate of the University of Paris, France where he obtained double honours in Political Science/Economics. He also holds a masters degree from the same university. He began his Insurance career with Glanvill, Enthoven Insurance Brokers in 1981 and later joined Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1985 where he rose to the position of General Manager before his exit from the Company in October 2004. He was Managing Director/CEO of Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc between 2004 and 2009 before he resigned to start his own company. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Swiss Insurance Training School. He was on the board of Globeville Insurance Company, and is currently the Chairman of Omega Gate Ltd, and also on the Board of Goldman Assets where he brings years of financial and board room experience to the fore.  
Mr Sule Olatunde – Managing Director/CEO
Mr Sule Olatunde is an experienced underwriter and a graduate of the University of Lagos where he obtained Bachelor of Science degree (Bsc in business administration). He started his insurance career as an underwriter with West African Provincial Insurance Company Ltd in 1967. He left to join NICON in 1970 as the Claims Manager. In 1992, Mr Sule Olatunde joined Sentinel Assurance Co Ltd to become their Assistant General Manager. He resigned as the Chief Executive Officer in 1995 before joining Stargate Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. In November 2010 he resigned to join Verve Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and has over the years, attended several specialized insurance courses home and abroad. Mr. Sule Olatunde is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He is also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Mrs. Omu Obilor is a seasoned leadership & lifestyle coach with many years of experience. She has worked and trained with several International Associations and has over the years amassed a wide network of contacts and partnerships. She also has a track record of delivering growth, innovation and talent development through her coaching and mentoring platform.
YOMI BADEJO- OKUSANYA - Non-Executive Director
Mr. Yomi Badejo-Okusanya is a consummate public relations practitioner and graduate of the University of Benin. He began his career in marketing communications in 1988 with CT & A, a Lagos based advertising agency and then became a director in 1991. Over the years, he has proven to be a giant in the Public Relations industry with over two decades of work experience in Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Marketing, Financial Public Relations and Crisis Management. He is a consultant in Corporate Communication for various public and private organizations and multinationals, among which are British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria, Shell Nigeria, FIRS, Delta State Government and Transcorp, among others. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and was a past Chairman of NIPR, Lagos State Chapter. He is currently the GMD of CMC Connect and the President of African Public Relations Association (APRA).
